Experience

William is the firm’s Head of Indirect Taxes and has over 13 years of experience working with indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, ISSQN, PIS, and COFINS) in strategic roles. He stands out for leading highly complex tax advisory projects, tax credit recovery initiatives, assistance with the structuring, negotiation, and approval of special tax regimes and institutional claims, as well as providing support in administrative tax litigation at the municipal, state, and federal levels. William also has experience advising on Brazil’s Consumption Tax Reform.
