Experience

With over eight years of experience, Bárbara practices in tax advisory and administrative tax litigation, with solid expertise in indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, ISSQN, PIS, and COFINS) and Customs and Trade Law.

She has strong experience in strategic tax planning, drafting complex legal opinions, and negotiating with tax authorities for the granting of ICMS tax incentives. Bárbara also has extensive experience in administrative tax proceedings at all levels and in assessing tax risks for large-scale corporate transactions.
