Experience
Felipe has experience in tax advisory for domestic and international clients, including work on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, debt restructurings, structured financial market transactions, and matters related to Brazil’s Consumption Tax Reform.
He previously worked at the OECD’s Centre for Tax Policy and Administration, where he contributed to the development of the BEPS Project and the Two-Pillar Solution. He is also a member of the Observa China (观中国) think tank, where he participates in the Economics and Markets group.
