We are recognized for our work in diversity and inclusion within the legal community. We actively engage in initiatives that promote inclusion, such as the LGBTI+ Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA). We also encourage internal practices focused on active listening, continuous education, and the strengthening of a culture of belonging.
