Event: Key Trends in Special Situations

We organized a seminar on Special Situations, in partnership with Loria & Kalansky Advogados. The event featured the launch of the book “Investments in Special Situations: Assets, Conflicts, and Regulation,” authored by Daniel Kalansky and João Gabriel Rodrigues, and included an opening presentation by Daniel Goldberg, founding partner of Lumina.

Our partner, Thiago Spressão, provided important tax perspectives on optimizing the management of tax proceedings and litigation issues. The expert also discussed consensual solutions, such as settlements and procedural legal transactions, as well as the impacts of the Tax Reform.
