The Loria Team Contributes an Article to a Book Launched at the 3rd IRB Forum (R&D)

Matheus Rocca and George Henrique Djehdian, a partner and an attorney at Loria Advogados, attended the 3rd IRB (R&D) Forum, held in Rio de Janeiro.

The event brought together experts and industry representatives to discuss challenges and opportunities in the insurance and reinsurance sectors. The program also included the launch of three books dedicated to different topics and perspectives within this market.

Among the books launched is “The Future of the Insurance Market: Perspectives and Challenges for the Sector’s Evolution in Brazil,” which includes an article co-authored by Matheus Rocca, George Henrique Djehdian, and Daniel Loria.

In the article, the authors analyze the impacts of the Tax Reform on the insurance sector, focusing on the transition from PIS and COFINS to IBS and CBS.
